Returns and Exchange
You may request for return/exchange of items bought from TenPlus within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of your order.
Valid reasons for return and exchange include the following:
a. Product that is fundamentally different in nature from the product specified in the website;
b. Faulty, defective, or damaged product;
c. Product that is not as advertised on the website;
d. Wrong item delivered;
e. Delivery/transit-related physical damage
All item/s to be returned should be in its original packaging, with complete accessories and attached price tag.
Any proof of claim should be presented to TenPlus for our consideration.
a. Any item/s not bought from TenPlus;
b. Electrical-related item/s such as but not limited to alternator assembly, ignition coil, lights and components and other related items;
c. Intimate apparel or item/s considered as generally hygienic in nature such as but not limited to helmets, gloves, boots, masks and other related items;
d. Opened, used or tampered consumable items such as but not limited to oils, fluids and other related items;
e. Physical damage brought about by misuse of the item/s, whether intentional or not;
f. Wrong purchase of item, part is not compatible, incorrect part number

A gift card shall be issued in lieu of the returned item.
